Scala Wädi

This project consists of a multi-family residential building containing nine individual apartments. The layout of each unit is designed to provide unique living spaces that cater to various preferences and needs. The building features balconies, terraces, atriums, seating areas, and private gardens, enhancing outdoor living opportunities for residents.
Additional amenities include a spacious underground parking garage, bike parking spaces, hobby rooms, and cellar spaces. The building is equipped to meet Minergie standards, emphasizing energy production through a photovoltaic system on the roof, and includes a Free-Cooling System to utilize the earth's natural cooling in summer.
