Résidences Aloïs

This project consists of two modern buildings providing a total of nine residential units, ranging from two-and-a-half to five-and-a-half rooms. Each building is connected by an underground parking facility, which accommodates the residents' parking needs. The design considers accessibility, with elevators and common areas made to support individuals with reduced mobility, ensuring wide passages for safe utilization by all residents. The complex is certified Minergie, indicating adherence to sustainability and energy efficiency standards.

The apartment offerings include various configurations that cater to different demographics, such as families, couples, singles, and retirees. The premises are designed with features like spacious outdoor balconies and ground-level gardens to enhance the living experience. Common facilities include bicycle parking and ample common areas that promote a communal environment among residents.
