Green Park

The project consists of three contiguous villas, each designed with three levels including a basement, ground floor, and upper floor. Each villa features spacious living areas that open onto private gardens, enhancing the connection to the surrounding natural environment. The layout includes an optimized internal circulation to minimize hallway space, thereby increasing the usability of the living areas, particularly the open-plan kitchen and living room concept, which leads to a large terrace adjacent to the garden. The villas also incorporate energy efficiency standards, complying with Très Haute Performance Énergétique (THPE) requirements.

Each villa includes a basement equipped with technical and laundry rooms and offers two additional rooms, each with a bathroom that can be customized for various uses such as a fitness area, wine cellar, or home office. The garden spaces range between 122 to 300 square meters, designed with attention to landscaping. The properties use a combination of natural and elegant materials, contributing to a harmonious living environment without compromising functionality.
