This project comprises a multi-family residence with five ownership apartments, distributed across two stories. The layout is designed with a thoughtful division into living and sleeping areas, allowing for flexible use of space. The development emphasizes ecological aspects alongside the use of high-quality materials, providing functional outdoor areas that include private gardens and roof terraces.

The ground-floor apartments feature large green oases that are easily accessible, oriented to the southwest. The three apartments on the upper floor come with unique private roof gardens, offering both covered and open outdoor spaces. These areas can be personalized according to individual preferences, providing expansive views and promoting relaxation and social gatherings.
