Residenza Toem

«Residenza Toem» is a residential project comprising two rectangular buildings designed for a single-family residence and a two-family house. The architecture integrates natural elements through the use of concrete, glass, and wood, which contribute to the overall elegance of the complex. The design features horizontal bands that define the facades, ensuring a harmonious connection with the surrounding environment.

The project includes a shared entrance at the rear of the buildings, accessible for both pedestrians and vehicles. A ramp leads to the underground parking area, allowing residents to park their vehicles conveniently and access the upper levels via a private internal staircase. Additionally, a separate pedestrian ramp with natural steps provides access to the main entrances of the residences.

Each house features spacious living areas, large private gardens with direct access, and modern amenities. The layout consists of three levels, including an underground floor for parking and storage, while the ground floor accommodates the kitchen, dining area, and a large living room. The upper floor contains three bedrooms, with two smaller ones sharing a bathroom and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The properties are surrounded by lush vegetation and grassed areas, enhancing the residential experience.
