The buildings feature a rectangular shape and are complemented by common entrance points located at the northern side, offering accessibility for both pedestrians and vehicles. The project includes private gardens, terraces, and ample recreational spaces around the premises.

The construction employs reinforced materials such as concrete, glass, and wood, contributing to the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the development. Unique features include direct access to the private gardens from the main living areas, as well as underground parking spaces provided in the basement. The layout facilitates natural light and includes functional space organization that enhances convenience for residents.
