«Rigistrasse 35» is a residential project consisting of nine ownership apartments. The design incorporates a blend of modern architecture and landscaping, creating a harmonious living environment with expansive views of the surrounding area.

The building features a variety of apartment types, including spacious layouts and private outdoor spaces. Each unit is situated to maximize sunlight and views, while the common areas include an underground parking garage designed with natural light and equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. Additional facilities such as hobby rooms and cellar spaces contribute to the overall utility of the residences.

The project is developed by MSA Meletta Strebel Architekten, who have carefully considered the relationship between the architecture and the natural landscape, aiming to create a serene living atmosphere.
