Villas ORION

This project consists of five row houses designed to meet THPE standards, situated in a green area of Versoix. Each unit has a gross floor area ranging from 125 to 132 square meters and includes additional features such as two parking spaces per villa, numerous covered bicycle parking spots, and large private gardens with landscaping. The layout of the villas emphasizes functionality and provides views oriented toward the surrounding nature.

Key features of the project include spacious gardens measuring between 76 and 806 square meters, terraces providing outdoor space, and the presence of large windows that enhance natural light. Each villa has a basement workshop area exceeding 22 square meters, a laundry room greater than 18 square meters, and unique features like the potential for a bathroom or shower area that can be customized by the buyer.
