«Affinity» is a residential project consisting of 48 units, divided into two buildings, A and B, each containing 24 apartments. The buildings are designed as a flat-roof structure that integrates well with the surrounding area, featuring a shared courtyard and an underground garage. The project aims to provide an energy-efficient living environment, adhering to high standards of sustainability and comfort.

Each unit will include a private outdoor space such as a balcony, terrace, or garden area. The project offers a mix of 2½, 3½, and 4½-room apartments, catering to individuals, couples, and small families looking for modern living solutions. The layout of the apartments is designed to facilitate comfortable and practical living while promoting community interaction among residents.

The construction is based on Minergie standards, ensuring an insulated structure with energy-efficient windows and optimized thermal insulation. This innovative approach includes the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar energy, to minimize energy consumption, contributing to a sustainable living environment.
