Villas Esmée

This is a residential project consisting of two detached villas, each offering a habitable area of 155 m² to 156 m² and a useful area of 225 m² to 226 m². Both villas feature a total of five rooms, including three bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which is a master suite. Each villa includes amenities such as a garage, garden space measuring 189 m² for Villa A and 376 m² for Villa B, as well as terraces and balconies. Residents have access to a basement which houses a games room and a technical room with a laundry area.

The external design incorporates a facade finished in plaster complemented by wooden cladding, linking modern architecture with the residential context in Meyrin. Each villa is equipped with a private terrace and a separate garden area, contributing to the overall usability of the residences. Access points for guests are provided, facilitating privacy and independence for each unit. The project prioritizes an environment optimized for family living with ample indoor and outdoor spaces.
