The building comprises three studios, nine 2.5-room apartments, and one 3.5-room apartment, all designed to eliminate architectural barriers, thus providing accessibility for all residents. These apartments are certified by the public health service and adhere to SIA 500 standards, ensuring a secure and comfortable living environment.

The layout of the complex has been carefully planned to offer functionality and privacy, with shared spaces enhancing community interaction among residents. Each unit is equipped with modern amenities aimed at fostering autonomy while maintaining safety. The building includes features such as a spacious entrance, elevators, and possibly common areas such as a lounge or meeting room, aimed at promoting collaboration and socialization among residents.
