Architectural Vision
INIZIA
«•••••••» is a residential complex consisting of two multi-family houses designed with a focus on high aesthetic quality. The buildings feature a modern flat-roof design and are situated on a spacious plot in a low-density residential area, blending seamlessly into the surrounding environment. Each building houses six residential units, ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, with floor areas varying from 108 to 215 square meters. The layout includes functional open-plan living and dining areas, private loggias or garden seating areas, and with many units offering winter gardens that provide sheltered outdoor spaces.
The units are well-thought-out, with three apartments on the ground and garden levels and two more on the upper floors. The attic units offer expansive living spaces and impressive views. Each apartment is equipped with modern amenities including high-quality kitchens and spacious bathrooms.
