This is a residential project consisting of 19 apartments distributed across two buildings. Each apartment features expansive terraces designed to enhance outdoor living. Common facilities also include cellar spaces and bicycle storage for convenient access and usage.

The units are equipped with triple glazing to ensure sound insulation and thermal comfort. Each apartment incorporates multiple bathrooms for added convenience. The incorporation of smart heating controls allows residents to manage their heating efficiently. Facilities such as hobby rooms are also available, expanding the functional living space beyond the apartments themselves.
