Residential project in Dürrenäsch

This development consists of a mixed-use area with ownership and rental apartments as well as commercial spaces in a central municipality location. The project will comprise three multi-family houses and two rows of single-family townhouses, intended for approximately 100 residents. It includes a total of 24 ownership apartments, with layouts accommodating 2½ to 6½ rooms, alongside commercial and storage areas ranging from 12 m² to 27.5 m². Common facilities include a multi-purpose room with a kitchenette and landscaped areas designated for future expansion.
The design incorporates various amenities such as spacious and practical floor plans suitable for different demographics. An underground parking garage with designated spaces provides direct access to the multi-family houses. Additional features include garden parcels and a communal area for recreation, ensuring barrier-free living conditions across all apartments, and an auto-free community space for residents and visitors to gather.
