Residential project in Oberwil-Lieli

This project consists of three buildings that include a total of nine apartments ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. Each apartment has features such as garden areas, spacious terraces or loggias, and cellar spaces. The layout provides a variety of unit sizes, making them suitable for different living arrangements. The construction includes a basement with an underground parking facility accommodating 19 parking spaces and a dedicated bicycle room.

The buildings are constructed with a solid masonry design and have an exterior featuring insulation systems with different finishes. Each unit includes large windows for natural light, and every apartment has access to a separate loggia or terrace. The overall architectural design integrates the structures with the surrounding landscape, ensuring that residents have views that remain unobstructed due to the adjacent agricultural zones.
