This project comprises a double-family house designed for owner-occupation in Bergdietikon. Each unit offers a net living area of approximately 220 m², situated on a plot size of 475 m², which includes a landscaped garden complemented by a garden house. The underground parking garage accommodates three parking spaces per unit, alongside an additional visitor space. Ample ceiling heights in the kitchen and dining area contribute to an enhanced spatial experience.

The development features natural construction materials, a ventilated facade for optimal thermal insulation, and a heat generation system utilizing an air-water heat pump with cooling functionality. Each house is equipped with electric vehicle charging capabilities in the garage, alongside a commitment to sustainable building practices. Modifications to the internal layout can be accommodated as per the future residents' preferences.
