The project comprises four apartment units, ranging from studios to 4.5 rooms, located within a building that has received MINERGIE certification. The units vary in size, with floor areas from 23 m² to 110 m², and include features such as outdoor areas for certain apartments. Each apartment is designed for personal customization regarding finishing touches, enabling residents to make their spaces unique.

The building is constructed with zinc and copper materials, featuring large glass balconies that increase interior brightness and facilitate outdoor connections. Common areas include landscaped outdoor spaces with gardens, and a focus on privacy is maintained throughout the design. The project integrates modern architecture with functionality to meet contemporary living standards.
