This project involves the conversion of a historic farmhouse into five residential units. The units are structured as two 2.5-room apartments and three 3.5 and 6.5-room apartments, spread across the ground floor, first floor, and a combination of first and attic level. The project includes an underground garage for parking and additional features such as private cellars for each unit and loggia space in select apartments.

Unique features include a layout that maximizes natural light while offering distinct spaces for living and outdoor enjoyment. There are private areas for outdoor use with assigned loggias, as well as ample storage solutions with dedicated cellar spaces. The design accommodates various living arrangements for different household sizes.
