Hofstrasse 1

This project consists of a three-story multi-family building located on a sloped site. The structure is divided into two separate wings, a south wing and a north wing, each including an additional attic level. The total number of units available is twelve, featuring varying floor plans including apartments with 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. Each unit offers access to private outdoor spaces, either through balconies or terraces, and the design allows for direct access to the garden areas. The building also includes a basement with parking for residents, bicycle storage, and children's play areas.

The external design incorporates features such as visibility-enhanced concrete walls complemented with vertical grooves, creating a three-dimensional aesthetic. Apartment configurations ensure spatial clarity, combining both open and closed living areas. The overall layout separates private and public zones using terraced walls, resulting in a structure that resembles individual homes due to the independent garden accesses associated with the apartments. The entrance area presents a spacious, park-like setting alongside the residential structure, complete with access points for visitors and residents.
