Seeblick

This project consists of a multi-family residential building containing eight ownership apartments across four levels. The building features two garden apartments on the ground floor, both with an outdoor seating area and large garden contribution, while the apartments on the first to third floors come with two spacious balconies. Each unit has a net living area of 143.4 square meters, designed as 4.5-room apartments, with a large living area and an open kitchen, complemented by additional rooms situated conveniently on either side.

Facilities in the building include a basement with individual cellar spaces for each unit, a total of 16 underground parking spaces, as well as a designated bicycle and stroller room. The building's roof is equipped with photovoltaic panels to support energy needs, and it is constructed to a high standard with flexibility for future owners to customize interior layouts during the finishing phase, allowing for potential alterations to create a 3.5-room configuration if desired.
