This project consists of a residential complex with seven ownership apartments and an underground parking facility. It features two buildings designed with a modern architectural approach, oriented to harmonize with the surrounding single-family and smaller multi-family home areas. Each apartment has its private outdoor space, and the attics come with generous terraces, while other units are accompanied by private gardens, which promote a spacious living feel akin to that of a single-family home without relinquishing the benefits of apartment living.

Sustainability aspects have been incorporated into the project, utilizing advanced technical installations for enhanced living comfort. The building features a geothermal heat pump system combined with efficient underfloor heating, aimed to provide optimal thermal comfort and reduced energy consumption. The layouts are flexible with open floor plans and a variety of apartment sizes to cater to different lifestyle needs, aiming to accommodate diverse living preferences within the community.
