The project comprises two residential buildings with 19 rental apartments. Each unit varies in size, accommodating diverse living needs with options ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. The apartments are equipped with outdoor spaces that include balconies and garden areas, enhancing the living experience. The buildings are constructed with a focus on urban living, utilizing features such as geocooling to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year.

Distinctive features of the apartments include expansive floor plans with areas ranging from 55 to 143 square meters. Additional amenities consist of high-quality finishes, included terraces or balconies for select units, and spacious common areas. Units are available on different floors, each offering natural light and outdoor access to either gardens or terraces, contributing to the overall living quality.
