The interiors of the apartments in «•••••••» are designed with a focus on high-quality materials and modern aesthetics. Flooring throughout the apartments features premium wood parquet, specifically the Bauwerk Studiopark Eiche Farina, sized at 170x15 cm. The walls are finished with a two-layer plaster and painted in white, providing a clean and bright ambiance, while ceilings are also adorned with white plaster, enhancing the overall luminosity of the spaces.
In the kitchen, the flooring transitions to 60 cm tile strips made from Marazzi Confetto Bone, while the kitchen features high-quality appliances from Electrolux, including an induction cooktop and a built-in oven. The countertops are made of durable Dekton Sirius ceramic, complemented by a stainless steel sink and modern LED lighting under the cabinetry.
Bathrooms are fitted with Marazzi D_Segni tiles for the floors and include modern fixtures such as the Alterna Calea washbasin with integrated storage and LED-lit mirrors. Showers are designed with walk-in options and glass partitions, equipped with Geberit Cleanline drainage systems. Each unit also benefits from integrated laundry facilities within the bathrooms for convenience.
