The project is a residential complex featuring four wooden buildings designed to accommodate 12 rental units. These consist of two and three-and-a-half room apartments, with various layouts including basement, ground floor, and two-story maisonettes. Each unit provides access to shared amenities such as a communal courtyard and designated parking spaces in an underground garage equipped for electric vehicle charging. The layout promotes connectivity while maintaining privacy for individual residences.

The buildings utilize natural materials, emphasizing wood structures with performance-oriented energy systems, including photovoltaic panels. The construction incorporates features such as a central courtyard for communal interaction and includes designated cellar spaces for each apartment, enhancing storage options. Additional elements like personal outdoor gardens for ground floor units contribute to the overall functionality of the living spaces.
