Studensiedlung

«Studensiedlung» is a residential complex located in Montlingen, consisting of four wooden buildings designed for modern living. The architecture pays tribute to traditional structures, incorporating generous wood elements and a central courtyard that fosters community interaction. The project includes a total of 12 rental apartments spread across two of the four planned buildings, focusing on high living comfort and contemporary standards.

The layout of «Studensiedlung» is designed to optimize both privacy and accessibility. Each apartment is accessed via an interior common area that connects through the courtyard. The buildings feature energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, utilizing geothermal energy to ensure year-round comfort. The project also prepares for electric vehicle charging stations, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and modern living needs.

The residences include variations in size and type, accommodating diverse living arrangements. Residents will benefit from common facilities, including underground parking, dedicated hobby rooms, and storage areas. The emphasis on community and accessibility is further enhanced by the barrier-free design of the apartments, all of which are accessible by elevator. Each unit combines modern aesthetics with functional living spaces, tailored to meet contemporary lifestyle demands.
