Parking facilities are available for residents, along with common areas that enhance communal living. Each apartment type offers distinct layouts to accommodate different living preferences, including spacious living areas of up to 92 m² for the apartments.

Unique features of the apartments include a Minergie-P certification, which denotes an energy-efficient building standard. The buildings employ sustainable technologies such as geothermal energy systems and a photovoltaic installation for cost-effective electricity. Additional amenities include modern kitchens equipped with premium appliances, two bathrooms per apartment, and private outdoor spaces that enhance the living experience.
