This project is a modern terraced apartment building consisting of four owner-occupied flats and one studio. The design focuses on creating barrier-free living spaces suitable for various stages of life, aiming to provide above-average living comfort. The building features spacious and well-lit rooms, some with a height of up to 2.55 meters, ensuring a pleasant ambiance with large window areas and open kitchen layouts.
Each unit features an exterior area, including private garden portions and sheltered terraces that enhance the quality of life. There is the possibility for modifications before construction begins, allowing future residents to tailor their living spaces to their preferences. The overall layout supports modern design principles, providing diverse furnishing options and enhancing family living in a serene environment.
The development includes extensive common areas, such as a workshop accessible to all residents, providing a space for various projects. Additionally, guests can enjoy amenities in a guest apartment equipped with a steam bath and whirlpool, available for a fee. A dedicated underground parking garage with spacious parking spots complements the living experience, addressing residents' needs for accessibility and convenience.
The construction standards ensure high quality across all apartments, utilizing robust materials for insulation and soundproofing. Significant attention has been given to the walls, which feature a thickness designed to provide better sound insulation compared to standard practices. The interiors are highlighted by:
