«VILLAS Raphaëlle» consists of two contemporary villas situated in a peaceful area near the center of Chambésy. Each villa offers three bedrooms on the upper floor along with two bathrooms. The basement features a spacious leisure room of approximately 22 square meters, providing additional living space. The design emphasizes ample natural light, particularly on the ground floor, where high ceilings contribute to an open atmosphere.

The project includes essential amenities such as two outdoor parking spaces for each villa, conveniently located near the entrance. Additionally, each villa has a large garden shed exceeding 10 square meters and a supplementary basement area of 44 square meters, which is finished similarly to the living spaces. The architectural design was developed by Atelier K, a recognized firm, ensuring a high standard of construction quality.
