This real estate project consists of a multi-family building featuring 14 apartments ranging from 3½ to 5½ rooms. The layout of the apartments includes large outdoor areas, spacious living and dining areas, and large balconies. Each unit includes a laundry tower outfitted with washing machines and dryers. Additionally, a storage cellar is available for each apartment, and the complex has a modern underground parking garage with designated spots for bicycles.
The building is constructed using sustainable timber frame construction. The interior features include mineral plaster for walls and high-quality, durable materials. High-performance insulation is achieved with wood-metal windows. The apartments are equipped with kitchens that include V-Zug appliances and a Bora cooking surface. Heating and hot water systems utilize district heating sourced from wood waste, and photovoltaic modules are integrated into the balcony railings to support energy efficiency initiatives.
