This project consists of a multi-family residential building featuring twelve apartments with configurations ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 rooms. The apartments are designed with flexible floor plans, providing options that cater to various lifestyle needs. Amenities include a basement parking garage accommodating vehicles and a communal outdoor space equipped with a barbecue area for residents. The building has been constructed with adherence to environmentally friendly standards and features a dark gray wooden façade.

Interiors are characterized by high-quality materials such as solid oak parquet flooring in the living areas and ceramic tiles in bathrooms. Each apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen featuring natural stone surfaces, and all units provide private outdoor areas. The building is designed to be fully accessible, with an elevator providing convenient access to all floors. Additionally, apartments offer electric shutters and heating through a centralized underfloor system supported by an air heat pump.
