«Lancia Verde» is a multi-family residential complex located in Wallisellen, designed to provide a blend of urban living and sustainability. This project features a total of 12 modern apartments, ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 rooms, with flexible floor plans suited for diverse lifestyle needs. Each unit is equipped with contemporary amenities and a thoughtful layout that prioritizes comfort and functionality.
The building is constructed with an environmentally-friendly anthracite wood facade, aligning with high sustainability standards. Key features of the complex include an underground parking garage, equipped with basic infrastructure for electric mobility, ensuring convenient access for residents. Additionally, a shared outdoor area with a grill station enhances the communal living experience, fostering social interactions among neighbors.
The interiors of the apartments are designed to maximize natural light, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality finishes. Each apartment includes private outdoor spaces, with select units offering direct access to gardens.
