This project involves a residential complex consisting of rental apartments with configurations of 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 rooms. The units range in size from 55 m² to 107 m², with ground-floor apartments featuring private terraces and upper-floor apartments offered with generous balconies. Each apartment is designed with connections for washing columns to enhance convenience for residents.

The building includes several amenities such as ample parking spaces and garages, some of which provide internal access from the building. A relaxation area with a designated playground is also available exclusively for residents. The complex is certified with the Minergie label, indicating adherence to specific standards for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
