The project consists of a multi-family residential building located in Uzwil, comprising a total of 18 rental apartments. The units are well distributed across multiple floors and benefit from modern construction standards. All apartments are equipped with private cellars, and the building includes an elevator for convenient access to all levels. Each unit features private balconies or terraces providing views over Uzwil and the surrounding landscape.

The apartments vary in size, offering different configurations, including 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 rooms. Parking arrangements for residents are also included in the design. The location is described as an ideal setting with a good supply of amenities such as shops and health services, thereby ensuring easy living for residents of all ages.
