This residential complex consists of four multi-family houses situated on a sloping terrain near woodland, in a quiet area on the western edge of Neuenhof. The buildings are arranged in a staggered, fan-like formation which optimizes sunlight access for all apartments while ensuring privacy for residents. The design incorporates green and open spaces that provide communal areas for leisure activities. Residents have weather-protected access to their units via a lift, contributing to an obstacle-free environment.
The apartments vary in size and feature an open living, dining, and kitchen area that provides access to two generous covered patios. Additional amenities include four penthouse apartments with spacious terraces, ground-floor units with private gardens bordered by hedges, and community areas such as playgrounds and pathways to enhance recreational use of the outdoor space. Each unit is equipped with high-quality materials and appliances, reinforcing a comfortable living standard.
