Les Verdelets

This project consists of a residential complex featuring eight new apartments, with a variety of configurations including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. The design incorporates multiple levels, including units on the ground floor and an attic level. Each apartment includes outdoor terrace space, enhancing the functional living area. The development also provides outdoor parking spaces for purchase, accommodating the needs of residents.

The apartments offer a range of layouts and sizes, from 36.2 square meters for the one-bedroom unit to 140.6 square meters for the larger four-bedroom units. Each apartment type includes designated floor areas and terrace spaces, contributing to a well-organized living environment. Planned common areas and facilities include storage and potentially hobby rooms, although these details are yet to be finalized.
