Buchwaldstrasse

This project consists of a residential complex featuring a total of eleven rental apartments. The apartments are configured as nine 3.5-room units and two 2.5-room units, designed with efficient layouts that facilitate furniture placement. The complex includes a basement level with technical and heating rooms, a bicycle storage area, four additional storage spaces, and a garage space. Each apartment is assigned its own cellar compartment.

The apartments are accessed without a lift, ensuring direct access for all levels within the building. Each unit is equipped with amenities such as underfloor heating, regulated individually per room. Outdoor spaces are provided for each apartment, either as a patio or balcony, adding to the overall usability of the living spaces. The kitchens are half-open and contemporary, featuring kitchen appliances from Miele, including a glass ceramic cooktop and a combination washer/dryer. The interior finishing includes oak parquet flooring and ceramic wall tiles in bathrooms, with white plastered walls throughout.
