«Luna» is a residential complex consisting of 16 rental apartments designed to cater to a variety of living needs. The apartments range from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, with configurations suitable for families and those needing a home office. The building is structured over three floors with a layout that promotes community interaction while providing sufficient privacy for each unit.
Each apartment is equipped with outdoor spaces, including balconies and some with gardens, allowing residents to enjoy the surrounding nature. The building features spacious common areas, underground parking for 10 vehicles, and additional semi-subterranean parking spaces. Facilities include hobby rooms and cellar spaces for extra storage, accommodating the practical requirements of modern living.
Notably, the complex incorporates eco-friendly features such as photovoltaic solar panels and an air-water heating system to optimize energy efficiency. This commitment to sustainability is complemented by the thoughtful integration of green spaces within the project, enhancing the living environment for residents.
The apartments in «Luna» feature high-quality construction with attention to detail in both materials and design. The interiors are designed to optimize space and light, with large bay windows that enhance natural illumination throughout the day. The walls are well-insulated, providing a comfortable living environment regardless of the season.
