The project consists of a residential complex featuring three apartments. It offers a mix of layouts with units ranging from one room to apartments with multiple bedrooms, each designed for ownership. The ground floor unit includes an extensive terrace and garden area, while the upper floors provide balconies, contributing to spacious outdoor living options. The buildings are structured to include significant outdoor spaces which promote a blend of indoor and outdoor lifestyles.

Each apartment is allocated a budget for materials that allows for customization of elements such as kitchens, tiles, and flooring. Specific budgets are designated for kitchen fixtures at CHF 15,000 for the loft and CHF 30,000 for larger apartments. The project includes provisions for sanitary appliances, with a budget for installations in bathrooms. Flooring options and other material choices contribute to the practical aspects of the apartments.
