Haus Waldblick

This project is a multi-family residential building featuring three apartments of varying sizes, specifically ranging from approximately 93 to 123 square meters. The development comprises a garden apartment on the ground floor and two spacious apartments on the first floor. The building includes accessible features such as a lift that allows direct access to the apartments and is designed to be free from barriers. There are landscaped outdoor areas accompanying the apartments, specifically with a private garden space attached to the ground floor unit.

The building structure employs a hybrid construction method, with solid concrete for sound and thermal protection. The exterior walls and roof are crafted from wood, optimizing thermal insulation. Additional common features include an environmentally-friendly pellet heating system and a photovoltaic installation on the roof. The project avoids complex ventilation systems, opting instead for standard, user-friendly solutions.
