This multi-family home project includes two buildings with a total of 16 apartments. The units are available in different sizes, featuring: 7 units with 4.5 rooms, starting from 97 m²; 7 units with 5.5 rooms, starting from 117 m²; and 2 larger units with 6.5 rooms, measuring 130 m² and 137 m² respectively. The complex includes an underground parking garage with 29 spaces and 5 additional visitor parking spots.
The construction follows conventional methods with a compact façade and consists of two full stories plus an attic over a basement. Each unit features a photovoltaic system, a geothermal heat pump, and smart home technology for controlling shutters, lighting, and climate. All apartments come equipped with a NOLTE kitchen featuring resin countertops, a dishwasher, and an integrated induction cooktop with a built-in exhaust. Each apartment is equipped with a steam sauna, and sustainable construction is ensured through Minergie standards and an energy efficiency class A certification.
