Architectural Vision

Felix Good dipl. Architekt ETH

The project consists of a residential building containing two maisonette apartments, each with a private entrance and garden access. The construction employs wooden elements, promoting an environmentally conscious approach. The development includes modern technology and amenities designed for contemporary living. Each apartment features 4.5 rooms with spacious layouts and is equipped with shared outdoor parking spaces.

The apartments have high ceiling heights of 2.83 meters in the living areas, providing an open atmosphere. The upper floors house the bedrooms, while the living layout allows for direct access to garden spaces. The building foundation minimizes the need for extensive excavation, and the structural design enhances sound insulation through a wooden and concrete composite construction method.
