This project consists of a multi-family building featuring 8 rental apartments with layouts ranging from 3½ to 4½ rooms. The apartments are designed with spacious interiors, incorporating a comprehensive set of amenities including carports and outdoor parking spaces. The structure utilizes sustainable building methods and materials, such as Swiss spruce wood and recycled concrete, and is equipped with a photovoltaic system for self-consumption.
Noteworthy features include V-Zug kitchen appliances, consisting of an induction cooktop with integrated hood, stainless steel countertops, and large windows fitted with sun protection glazing. Additional amenities include a geothermal heat pump that allows for passive cooling during summer, and a landscaped garden with play equipment for residents to enjoy outdoor activities.
