The project «Fichte» comprises a multi-family residential building featuring eight bright rental apartments with configurations ranging from 3½ to 4½ rooms. Sustainability is a key aspect of the construction, utilizing Swiss spruce wood and recycled concrete. Each unit is designed with large windows, offering panoramic views and ample natural light, complemented by solar panels for self-consumption. The building incorporates modern amenities such as a photovoltaic system, an ecological geothermal heat pump, and a green garden area with play equipment.

The layout of the building ensures that residents have access to various facilities including carports and outdoor parking spaces. Each apartment features a modern kitchen equipped with high-end V-Zug appliances including an induction cooktop with an integrated extractor hood, stainless steel countertop, and window backsplash. Additional highlights include a spacious communal garden that invites leisure and relaxation, as well as bicycle storage and hobby rooms located within the premises.

The apartments themselves vary in size, with living areas ranging from 91sqm to 119sqm, and each has designated balcony space for outdoor enjoyment. The building’s design promotes accessibility, with barrier-free entrances and amenities, ensuring comfortable living for all residents.
