«•••••••» is a residential project consisting of four identical small buildings that offer a mix of 3.5 to 5.5 room apartments as well as a studio. The units vary in size from 98 to 162 square meters, designed with contemporary aesthetics that prioritize family-friendly living spaces. Each apartment is customizable with a choice of finishes to suit individual preferences.
Ground-floor apartments are equipped with private terraces and gardens, while upper-floor units feature balconies suitable for entertaining from spring through autumn. The complex includes a technical room, two bicycle storage rooms, and individual cellars for each apartment. Additionally, there is a shared underground parking facility, providing convenient access to parking for residents.
