This residential project consists of four row houses designed to offer spacious living arrangements. Each unit features five and a half rooms and is organized across multiple levels, including a basement space suitable for storage, and generous outdoor garden or balcony areas. There are dedicated bicycle parking spaces on the ground and upper levels, along with visitor parking conveniently located in front of the houses. The units are equipped with a central heating system utilizing the Fernwärme energy network.

Unique attributes of the project include private attics that provide additional retreat areas, and each house includes features such as a master bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and a reading area, or walk-in closets. The external areas are designed to ensure privacy for residents, enhancing the living experience in each of the four homes.
