The buildings are visually appealing, featuring a ventilated natural slate facade that integrates harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The complex includes 19 indoor parking spaces, primarily in a secure parking facility, which helps maintain a traffic-free environment on the premises. Additionally, there are generous bicycle and stroller parking spaces accessible from the outside.

Accessibility is a priority, with two stairwells equipped with elevators providing barrier-free access to all apartments.
