Residenz Oberdorf

This project consists of two multi-family buildings featuring a total of 14 rental apartments. The development is designed with spacious outdoor areas and a variety of appealing floor plans. The modern architecture includes a ventilated natural slate façade and is characterized by careful height variation to fit naturally into the landscape. The project includes 19 indoor parking spaces, primarily located in a secure parking facility, facilitating a traffic-free environment on the site. There are also ample bicycle and stroller parking areas easily accessible from the outside, and all residences are designed for barrier-free access, with two staircases connected by lifts available for all apartment levels.

The apartments benefit from energy sourced from geothermal heat via a ground-source heat pump, providing energy for heating in winter and free cooling during summer. There is also a comfort ventilation system with heat recovery to ensure a fresh air supply in all residences. A photovoltaic installation adds to the environmental sustainability credentials of the building, which is certified under the Minergie standard.
