«Weidmattweg» is a residential project comprising 22 rental apartments, located in a historic building in the municipality of Bümpliz. The project involves the comprehensive renovation of an existing property that was originally built as a workers' settlement in the 1920s. The apartments are being transformed from smaller, closed-off spaces to modern, open-concept designs that cater to contemporary living needs while maintaining the building's historical charm.

The project features several types of apartments, including 1.5, 2.0, and 3.5-room units, suitable for individuals, couples, and small families. All units are equipped with modern amenities such as new kitchens and bathrooms, featuring level-access showers. Many apartments offer outdoor spaces, including balconies, loggias, or garden seating areas, adding to the living experience.
