This project involves the renovation and modernization of a residential complex comprising 22 rental apartments. The development features three multi-family buildings designed as a traditional settlement, which was originally developed in the 1920s. The apartments range in size, catering to individuals, couples, and small families, providing various living options such as open floor plans with private outdoor spaces including balconies, loggias, or garden seating areas. Each apartment also has access to parking within the on-site garage.

The renovation includes transforming smaller, enclosed rooms into modern, open living concepts while maintaining the original charm of the century-old buildings. The amenities include landscaped outdoor spaces, a communal vegetable garden, covered seating areas with grills, and bike storage facilities, enhancing the living environment and providing additional storage for residents.
