The southern house includes 14 housing units, which comprise various floor plans from the top floor to the ground level, while the northern house offers 9 apartments and office space. Common amenities include outdoor areas such as balconies, with surrounding garden views, and provisions for individual storage solutions in the basement.

The properties include features such as wooden patio flooring on balconies, bicycle storage, and parking facilities. Each apartment has well-designed layouts that maximize living space while ensuring functionality. The project also highlights energy efficiency and includes amenities that cater to modern urban lifestyles, such as separate entrances for select units and shared communal areas for residents.
