This project consists of a multi-family residential building with five ownership apartments. The units vary in size and room count, including configurations of 3.5 and 4.5 rooms, with floor areas ranging from 95 to 149 square meters. The building includes two stories and features outdoor areas for each apartment, providing private access to residential spaces.

Parking facilities are provided for residents, and there are common areas incorporated into the design. The project offers additional amenities such as hobby rooms and cellar storage for each apartment, contributing to the overall utility and functionality of the living spaces.
