Villas’Geoises

The project consists of two twin villas featuring 7.5 rooms each, with living spaces that measure 230 m2. Each villa has designated areas for private gardens, with garden spaces measuring up to 340 m2, along with additional installations such as cellar and patio areas. The layout includes a basement, ground floor, first floor, and an upper floor, providing ample living space across multiple levels. Each unit includes a balcony with an area of 10.7 m2.

Unique features of the project include separate entrances for each villa, outdoor spaces consisting of terraces, and a designated area for bicycles. The construction provides the flexibility of ownership with no rental apartments available.
