Radarstrasse

This project comprises a residential complex featuring ten renovated apartments, with configurations ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 rooms. The apartments are designed to be easily furnished and include balconies. The layout supports efficient use of space, contributing to the functionality of the residences. Each unit comes with its own washing machine and dryer, while an additional drying room is available for communal use in the basement. Each apartment also includes a personal cellar space.

The kitchen features modern designs with gray cabinet fronts and dark engineered stone countertops, complementing the oak parquet floors. The bathrooms are outfitted with white porcelain stoneware and olive green wall tiles, providing a contemporary appearance. Some bathrooms include windows for natural light, while the upper-floor units feature dark flooring paired with wormwood-colored wall tiles. The overall build ensures a blend of practicality and contemporary aesthetic.
