The project consists of four contiguous villas designed as row houses, providing spacious and functional living areas for families. Each villa features usable areas ranging from 206 m² to 232 m² and is developed over four levels. Three villas have four bedrooms while the fourth villa includes five bedrooms, with one located in the basement, featuring a large window and a patio for natural light. The remaining villas offer a convertible basement space adaptable to diverse needs, and one villa includes an outdoor patio for additional open space.

The contemporary architecture emphasizes spaciousness with large openings that enhance natural light and extend living areas to outdoor terraces. Each villa also has one or two designated outdoor parking spaces. Common amenities include gardens of varying sizes, with specific villas providing expansive garden areas, creating a blend of indoor and outdoor living environments.
