The project consists of multiple residential buildings offering a total of 12 rental apartments. The buildings are structured with two primary layouts, accommodating various family sizes, including apartments with 3.5 to 4.5 rooms. Each unit features designated areas for balconies, which range from approximately 12.2 square meters, and corresponding cellar spaces between 8 and 9.8 square meters. The residential complex provides underground parking and storage spaces to enhance convenience for residents.

Distinct features of the project include multiple units on each floor across two buildings situated in the same locality. All apartments are equipped with outdoor amenities such as private balconies, promoting outdoor activities while ensuring privacy. The layout includes both ground-level and upper-floor apartments, designed to cater to diverse tenant needs with spacious living areas and adequate storage.
