This project is a residential complex consisting of two buildings, each offering a total of eight apartments. All units are designed as 4.5-room apartments with floor areas ranging from approximately 104.1 to 108.3 square meters, complemented by terrace spaces between 22.9 and 44.2 square meters. Both buildings encompass ground floor and first-floor layouts, with separate entrances for the apartments. There are designated cellar spaces and hobby rooms available for residents.

The buildings incorporate features such as terraces that extend from living areas, enhancing outdoor accessibility. The project includes sustainable design elements as part of its construction, contributing to overall functionality. Each unit is developed for private ownership, catering to a variety of living arrangements with spacious layouts and adequate facilities present for convenience.
